Mobile Messaging Terms of Service

These Mobile Messaging Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile messaging services (“Mobile Messaging Service”) provided by Carolyn Brown, OTD Mobile Therapy, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to our Mobile Messaging Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

We may send you text (SMS) or multimedia (MMS) messages about appointment reminders, scheduling, service updates, and other relevant communications related to your therapy services.

2. Opting In

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive messages, you authorize us to send you text messages at the number you provide. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

3. Opting Out

You may opt out of the Mobile Messaging Service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

4. Cost & Charges

Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received, as determined by your mobile service provider. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan and any charges.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We will only use your mobile number and any information provided through messaging in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including HIPAA. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

6. Supported Carriers

Our Mobile Messaging Service is available on most major U.S. carriers. Service is not guaranteed to be available in all areas or at all times, and we are not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide an accurate mobile number and to notify us promptly if your number changes. You are solely responsible for any charges from your carrier related to our messages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new “Effective Date.”
